Lee and Kelly Zmak to its Advisory Board, company President Deborahm Pratt announced today. The pair will be instrumental in the physical production and development of the gaming facets of the multi-platform interactive entertainment experiences V Global Media is developing. This will include the online, desktop, console and hand-held gaming platforms for single, multiple and massively-multi-player experiences. Zmak & Lee will work closely with Pratt. "Kelly and Harvey bring nearly four decades of combined experience developing, creating and distributing entertainment software. Separately, either of them would be exceptional additions to the V Global team," said Pratt "With Harvey's extensive knowledge of action/adventure games, business and external development plus Kelly's vast experience developing and deploying new concepts and technologies, it's hard to imagine a team that has more experience successfully creating and launching new gaming concepts into the marketplace." Zmak has more than 15 years diverse experience in the online, interactive and console gaming industries. Most recently, he was Vice President & General Manager of Flipside.com, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of new games as well as developing and implementing new technologies for the online gaming site's various product lines. At Flipside.com, he also worked closely with software developers to insure timely implementation of the company's initiatives. Prior to Flipside.com, he served in executive development positions at Hasbro Interactive, Panasonic interactive Media and Sculptured Software (a division of Acclaim). He began his career with Activision in 1986, rising to the post of Executive Producer of the company's Simulations Division. Lee's career includes 20 years in the computer industry, with more than a decade of that in the entertainment software arena. Most recently, he was responsible for managing Action titles as Vice President and Senior Executive Producer for Sierra On-Line's U.S. Division. In that position, he managed development and production of some of that company's most successful brands, including Tribes and S.W.A.T. He was also the Vice President of International Business and Product Development. In this position, he was Sierra’s executive in charge of development and product acquisition in Europe and Asia. Previously, he has held a variety of senior and executive positions with top-tier developers such as Spectrum Holobyte/Microprose, SouthPeak, and Electric Dreams, as well as being a member of the founding team behind Maxis. -more- V Global Media is a provider of multi-access interactive entertainment experiences.
